We recently had some engineering work done and the engineer, who was very helpful, 'asked' me to leave a 5* review, I was almost cornered into doing it by him taking me to the Trust Pilot page. Apparently they receive £10 for every positive review with their name mentioned and when looking through Trust Pilot you can see this scheme working! Whilst the engineer was good I have found Global 4 very difficult to deal with over the last couple of years and would not recommend or leave the business a good review. People are writing reviews for a person / one off experience, not the business or overall service they are receiving. The TP reviews are bought and create a fraudulent score - once the engineers walk away, the good service does not continue.

This was our first experience working with Global4 since they took over our account and it was really good. Communication was excellent and we resolved our issue.
