From the start the service with Global 4 has been excellent especially with Sean who became our dedicated Manager. Jack was also most helpful in setting up the new system. The MD was very impressed. They also answer their phones without being in a queue & always follow through with advice unlike a lot of Co's these days. Would highly recommend them.

Sully arrived not only early for the job, but with a positive and attentive attitude. He took onboard our school's requirements and implemented them seamlessly. He is a great representative of Global4. 5 Stars! :)

Communication was poor! Very good at the selling side but no assistance or technical support when things go wrong. Left with no phone lines for days... Numerous tickets raised, hours wasted on phone calls and emails.

All worked together to give an effective replacement of our telecommunications and internet units. Our thanks for a good job to Tony, Alex and Sully.

We had a full phone system upgrade with the install carried out by Tony. Tony was professional, helpful and provided excellent training for everyone at the business. A long overdue upgrade and chosing Global 4 was definitely the right decision.

Liam and Cameron came to change our phone sets to Call Switch One, they were very good and provided a smooth transfer. Loved how they spent time with all the staff in our branch to show them all the features and make sure everyone was comfortable with the new Call Switch One system.

We had to replace a router at one of our hostels, which came preconfigured from Global4, we received brilliant help from Kieran Walker who was very patient, polite and professional and assisted us over the phone on replacing and setting it up. Would like to thank him on behalf of TLA for all his support with getting the faulty router working until the new one arrived and helping us with setting up the new one.

i placed the order with global 4 for business phone system its been 8 days no reply no nothing now they say you guys are scam because they are guilty and we have documents sign together they runners and liars because they are running from there commitments..

Our latest install provided some challenges via our lovely friends at Openreach however, Holly and Matthew once again knocked it out of the park with effort to ensure a solution was in place for opening. We had a temp router to keep us going until the issue was resolved. As always the service levels from Holly and Matthew exceeded my expectations. One less headache to worry about when taking over a business.

Luke from Global 4 Support couldn't have been more helpful, we have been having some DNS/SPF issues and he was nothing but prompt and patient in helping, even when it turned out to be an outside issue he continued to help and ensure we managed to sort out our problem.
