Tony was really neat and tidy with the work he has done and have completed everything really quickly and effectively. He has completed several jobs on our site and was excellent each time.

I deal a lot with Chris Pierce-Jones, who will always solve any queries I ask him, as quickly and professionally as possible. Chris has great communication skills and is happy to explain if a little complicated.

Good attention and careful follow-up from Dipak Chanda. He advised that I distance a multi-connection power lead from the telephone master socket, after asking me to send a photo of my desk. He called in an Open Reach engineer to check the Wifi signal strength and speed, the master socket (which he rewired and partially replaced) and the external line. It is too early to say this is the end of regular dropouts, or weak reception in some areas, but I have been asked here to comment on the experience.

I called Dipak this morning to explain that our phone system was down. He was very patient and understanding. After a couple of diagnostic bits Dipak told me that there was a global problem with the phone provider and assured me that the problem was being looked in to. I asked Dipak if he could please ring me when the system was working again. I was very impressed that Dipak not only remembered to call me, but he left a message on my mobile and then a while later rang me on the office line too. As always, very impressed with Global 4.
