We migrated multiple mobile numbers from Vodafone over to Global4 (still utilising the Vodafone network). We requested a same SIM swap to keep downtime to a minimum for our users. Sadly the migration didn't go at well as Vodafone completely messed the migration up. My contact for this migration was Ellie Rhoades at Global4, Ellie was absolutely outstanding. She was the one trying to deal with Vodafone, Ellie contacted me several times a day whilst we were having the issues to keep me in the loop, she contacted the affected users. And even contacted me on her day off to keep me in the loop. Even though the migration went badly, it wasn't the fault of Global4 - the users are back up and running thank you Ellie.

We would recommend Global 4 for our recent phone system installation. Tony has ensured the installation has been as smooth as possible (not always easy in a hundred year old charity building!), working quickly and efficiently to deliver what we need. He’s been a pleasure to have in the office, and worked tirelessly to ensure staff are comfortable with the new technology. Sean, Ben and Jason have ensured all remote support was available and eased the process of installation. Thank you for such a quick and easy turnaround with minimal disruption.

Our shared offices had intermittent wifi dropouts. Global 4 got back to us very quickly and arranged a firmware upgrade for our router and respective access points. This was done at a convenient time later that week and out-of-hours so as not to disrupt our working day. We're very pleased with their responsiveness and turnaround times and are confident in their abilities to help with any further issues.

We decided to move to Global 4 following extensive investigative cataloguing they completed for us and the promise of a better support structure for our group of practices, alongside recommendation from industry peers. James Routledge and Miles Fisher have both been superb at communicating with us and answering any queries we had prior to moving forward, alongside being there for us on an ongoing basis. The project team, with special mention of Aaron, have been both comprehensive and considered with their deployment and worked hard to adhere to our agreed timescales and requirements. We have regular service reports which show how we have been supported and any areas of concern, as well as regular meetings with all departments to ensure we are happy with service’s and any feedback we can supply to help improve support going forward. We have had several issues with other external providers which they have translated and navigated a workable project plan. On an ongoing basis we are now getting the level of support we’ve been hoping for. Our estate has been simplified from a supplier perspective and we’re now proud to have a company wide structure that on an ongoing basis we’ll be working with Global 4 to maintain across our group as it continues to grow. We’re so pleased to have made the decision to move over to Global 4 and look forward to a long-term working relationship for the team at Riverdale.
