We had a connection issue with our remote devices . Reported to 2nd Line support and had an instant reply from Chris Pierce , He managed to Resolve the issue and kept us updated through the process . Him and his Team are Experts ! Thanks !

We had some issues with our telephone number transfer and Chris Pierce from Global 4 resolved the issue very swiftly for us. The promptness and speed of his response as well as his communication was exceptional.

We had some issues with our internet ports in branch, which was caused by another company. Tony James came to fix a problem, along with some other issues we needed help with. Everything was resolved within an hour and with excellent customer service!!

After an initial issue, Jack took over our transfer from a BT featureline and got this sorted quickly and smoothly keeping me informed of the progress at every stage. Matthew the on site engineer was great, he even turned up early before we opened to make sure we didn't miss the Openreach engineer, he quickly got us up and running on the new system with minimum disruption to both the pharmacies.
