I ordered an anarkali at Saree.com. I received it in Sydney within 4 weeks of time. I was very happy to see the dress. It is a perfect fit with excellent quality. It is exactly as shown in the image on the website. I am glad I ordered with them and would like to purchase in future as well. I was in constant touch with the Saree.com team through email before I got the dress. They have been very responsive and polite in the conversations. I really recommend buying from them, especially the people who are away from the country but don't want to compromise on the designs and latest Indian trends.

Did not have good experience dealing with customer service department. I ordered three outifits, of which, 1 arrived smelling like a dead fish and water damaged. The dress is silk and the box it arrived was slightly torn at the corner and exposed the dress. Overall, the dress did not meet expectations based the visual image online. I asked to return the dress, and they free refused! They wanted me to present physical proof of damage! How do you expect me to send you pics of water damage,and smell? That is something they would have to touch and smell to understand. Their customer service advised me to lay out the dress in a "open space, such as a gallery to remove the stink"! That isn't a solution. I cant even have this dress washed without damaging it further. If you are going to give me a hard time to make a return on my purchase, you should indicate that on your website. I won't purchase from them again. There are so many other sites that present quality clothes without the hassle of return proces denials.

among 4 items ordered on my last order,I got only 3, I chose another one paying $8 50 more but saree.com took 3 weeks to tell that the product was not available. Till date I have not been refunded my $30.50. Moreover I think you could have sent the order as soon as it was ready and not after 1 month.

Got the wrong item and had ordered for an occasion 3 weeks ago. All they did was just sent the replacement. What good is it if I didn't get to wear it for the occasion. Only giving it 2 stars because they sent me the right item and accepted that it was their fault.

Price is very high. The same stuff is available at half the price in nearby shops in my hometown.

I love the outfit. Quality of the material is very nice.Only problem i found is the length of the blouse is not same as shown in the picture. Also there should be a size chart for below bust. It is loose on me and need some stitching. I would like to order another one but worried that i will have the same issue.
