I ordered for the first time. When I recieved the anarkali I was not happy. The dress had no zip and I couldn't get the dress past my shoulders. The material is cheap and looks nothing like what is shown online. When I asked for the refund they refused saying that it was a stitched item.it was not specially stitched to my requirements but a regular size!!! I would never buy from them again. It is better to see the product before buying.

Very bad customer service!! Not happy , not satisfied! I emailed them several times about bad quality product and wrong measurements with pictures. They are not accepting and every time trying to prove wrong. It happens with me twice. They don’t have any exchange policy. Very extra price to the market still I paid extra money for quality but very disappointed. Bad experience with on store purchases as well as online purchase.

I ordered saree from this site for the first time and I am extremely happy with their service. Fabulous color and it is same as shown in the picture on the site. Blouse stitching was very good. And most importantly, their customer care service is very good. Would recommend everyone to purchase from this site.

The dress is beautiful, just as pictured. Shipping was also timely, so I have no complaints. The picture of the dress does seem to show that detail work is done in gold thread, but on the actual piece it is done in pink. However, I am okay with that, so again no complaints.

Great site and good collection of lehanga. Quick delivery (12 days from ordering) Perfect fit. The picture and the actual dress were very close. High quality material and design.

The quality was EXCELLENT! SO beautiful and arrived on time as expected. The alterations were as described but unfortunately the top did not fit - was too small. But there was enough fabric to extend the arm holes to 19" so it fit perfectly in the end. Satisfied customer!

The material quality is poor. The cloth is not at its best as it is in the picture. It is rougher and the colors aren't brighter.

Did not have the ordered clothes so had to order a different one which was almost double the price,

The Quality of the saree was disastrous. I took it for my future wife and I was embarassed in front of her family. The saree also had a hole in it. Learnt my lesson.
