This company is very good. I needed different measurements for my saree blouses, no problem I emailed the Operations Manager Mr Shailesh Nair, he was so helpful. I live in London but was traveling to Kolkata India, so asked for my sarees to be delivered there, no problem. Got them exactly when they said it would arrive. Brilliant service. Highly recommend, sarees were wonderful quality and blouses were made very well. Well done Saree.com

Very cheap quality and too short, uneven.We gave same measurements to another website and came perfect.I emailed and try to let them know but the person his name Shailesh Nair said we are late but we just got few days ago.He replied in a very rude way.

Material not good quality asking prize reasonable but top up is too much shipping charge then pay duty in England it worked out so expensive compare to the goods and wasn’t told about duty to pay in England very disappointing

Very happy with customer service.

I ordered a half and half saree and for the first time, took a chance and asked the blouse to be stitched. Surprisingly it actually fit really well - almost like it was custom tailored by a tailor who took the measurements. The saree was a little delayed but they were always prompt in responding to all my queries.

I liked the fact that there was always somebody to assist with customer service and inquiry. However, the product itself did not meet my needs. The Kurta was too tight, it was not stitched to fit the curves of the day. I was also expecting elastic for the salwar instead of the string. The quality of the dupatta was okay.

I tried making payment, they did not assist with how to? Just ignored my order. Disappointed!

Great quality and excellent service. Onpine shopping experience was amazing. Having one dedicated representative help not to repeat backgroud everytime you have question and concerns. Prompt attention to all request is the key.Customer support is amazing.

Quality was excellent for the material would have preferred extra stitching to allow adjustment. Zip should be at the back of the outfit to allow to dress easily.

I ordered size 42 but received size 40. Thus, I can not wear it.
