Been purchasing from saree.com from last year. Would highly recommend this website for online purchasing. I prefer this website because 1.My orders were never unduly delayed. 2.The sarees and dress material look as displayed online. 3.Their packing is excellent. 4.Quality of clothes is quite good. 5.Order status is updated accordingly. 6.And the best is the customer service! Hats off to Mr. Sailesh !! He had been my contact person and does a marvelous job. His responses are immediate, very polite & professional. Impressed by the way he handles & resolves problems. I have the confidence & secure feeling in buying from Saree.com, because of his service. Unfortunately, now I have some problems with the payment. I'm unable to proceed with payment through paypal. Says 'PAYPAL GATEWAY HAS REJECTED REQUEST'. So had to place my orders in a different website. Hope the problem is resolved soon.

I think the range of sarees they offer is mesmerizing and at wonderful prices too. But I ordered a saree which took 21 days, still no update on shipment. Company says they usualy deliver in 10-12 business days. When I mailed them many times, they replied that saree was defective so sent back and in process to acquire new one. I liked the saree on website but can't say when I would receive the same. It would be something like 25 days for getting the product in hand after ordering. The company executive said that such incidents are rare and they apologize from their side. Accepting their faiure and timely reply makes customer experience better inspite of late deliveries. So overall with product I am quite happy but my shipment was delayed, thus giving less stars otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

had a very short time for my friend's wedding and I wanted to order a gown(including stitching service). I contacted customer support and told them how much time I had. They ensured me that I will get my cousins gown before estimated time. So I ordered. Guess what! I got my gown before time and it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate their service and will buy my sister wedding dresses from here for sure

Unavailable on phone. No communication for details. Dresses I received r smaller in length then I ordered. Skirt of one dress is not the one in picture.When I inform them about it ,no reply! I like asopalav. Been shopping with them since last 30 years ,upset with this kind of response.

First time using this website, and I was kept up to date regarding the status of my order. The saree came very well packed and looked exactly like the picture on the website. There are a few threads sticking out of the embroidery but overall the saree is what was expected. Very happy
