Fantastic from start to finish. Great correspondence over WhatsApp which provided all necessary details. Hotel and VIP transfer service was brilliant and the totally hassle free. All staff were very polite and professional and made the experience much easier. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing and smooth from having some with you step by step from before even landing to getting to the airport to after you go back home and aftercare It’s easy the whole process was easy and every one here was sweet and on point.

Excellent! Second to none. Both me and my friend opened to have surgery consisting of extended tummy tuck and 4 areas of lipo. From first contact until now 1wk po, the support and journey had been unbelievable. Dr zafer was our surgeon he put up at ease made sure we understood everything and went out of his way to make sure we had best results and care. Our co-ordinator, the nurses, cleaning staff and travel were all the best I have experienced. The after care at the G hotel and the hotel was also second to none, from nurses coming every morning and night putting us at ease making sure we had the right dressings etc and helping us with any medical needs

came to medaway in april for crowns with my partner and decided to come back for a breast uplift and implants. both times have been faultless … everybody from the whatsapp group to transport, coordinators,nurses and Dr Zafer who did the procedure are amazing in what they do … hotel was lovely … nothing was too much to ask at all … the nurses at the hotel came daily and answered any questions you needed answers to … if i was to have any other procedure done i would 100% choose medaway every time … keep up the hard work everyone you do amazing each and every one of you ❤️🙏🏽 now 3 weeks post op and my incisions are healing nicely. the aftercare team message me for regular pictures. any questions i have from the smallest of questions are answered very quickly, no question is too little or too big to ask them. really impressed with everything 🩷

I had an amazing experience getting my hair transplant done. From the communication of the team, to the drivers and hotel and the procedure itself. Everyone was so informative and helpful and made sure I understood everything before, during and after the procedure. The transplant itself was painless and I was even able to sleep through the most of it. I highly recommend Medaway for any kind of treatment that you’re looking for. I had DHI treatment at their medical facility in Istanbul in July. The staff and surgeons were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and informative every step of the way, both before my arrival and while I was there. They talk you through each individual step for your treatment as well as running you through the steps of aftercare for you to take as well as making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the process. The team was soo great, I’m so happy about my surgery. Everyone was kind, understanding and really great in general, I wasn’t stressed thanks to them, they took care of everything. The hotel was super nice, same for the breakfast. The hospital was great and the medical team/nurses took care of me, they were all really nice. And the whatsapp team was all day long by my side, if I had any question they could respond so fast. Everything was perfect I would recommend them at 100% Thank you everyone ❤️

Guys is over finally I finish my second visit and I have to say I never felt more better with a new smile perfect clinic to go to Istambul where prices are not too high and not to low and expert dentist’s who will take good care of you and your teeth I have to admit I was a bit scared and didn’t know what to expect but I catch such a good surgeon and dentist . ClinicPrime /Medaway :From start to finish the service has been truly exceptional.I did have my reservations to begin with as I intended to travel alone to Turkey for cosmetic tourism but the team via WhatsApp especially Emine &Gorkem were very reassuring and I felt I trusted them.

Medaway were very helpful in every aspect of the procedures and trip to Istanbul! From day one, they had the transfers at the airport on time, and every transfer to and from the clinic was on time too! The consultants were always on hand to make life easy when I needed advice. From the first point of contact using WhatsApp, the whole experience of using MedAway for my hair procedure has been seamless. Very friendly and welcoming service and you are really made to feel appreciated for your custom. The transfers to and from the airport and on the day of procedure were absolutely excellent, on time and VIP first class people carriers. The whole procedure on the day was very well organised and I was greeted and made to feel at ease by the amazing staff. The procedure itself was almost pain free, anyone nervous about undertaking such a procedure, should not be. The after care whilst in Turkey was superb, I went back to the clinic for bandage removal and the next day for my first head wash. I could not be happier with how my experience has turned out, one word….faultless. A big thank you to all at MedAway.

My experience with clinic prime was ok. The day I flew from the uk I was messaged by clinic prime to tell me the hospital I was originally having my operation to was changed to a different hospital with a different surgeon that I had done no research about - this was already such a red flag to me as I was already at the airport ready to fly out - I messaged them back and said I wasn’t happy changing the location of the hospital or having a different surgeon they understood and granted they stuck to the original plan. When I landed I was then greeted by a bunch of men smoking outside the airport calling my name, I had to wait with them for 45 mins for another patient to arrive to share the transfer with me. We got to the hospital and had my bloods taken and stayed overnight. The next day Dr selami came to see my to talk about the op (I was quoted and paid for a mini tummy tuck with 4 areas of lipo) instead the dr insisted I had a full tummy tuck and only 2 areas of lipo as I had too much loose skin so I agreed but had to pay an extra £1300 (I only had around an hour to make such a huge desicion as they wanted me in theatre) when I came out of theatre I was told I had to have a blood transfusion from surgery and had to pay another £250. I also needed a new garment to wear as the one I had on was covered in blood from the drains I had and that was a further £90. I would say if your going for surgery abroad be aware that you have to make quick decisions and also have back up money incase anything like this happens. Also flying back to the uk I was stopped by airport staff and asked if I had a fit to fly note - even though I did it was up to the captain on the flight if he would allow me on the plane considering I just had surgery. Luckily for me he allowed me to fly home but just be aware this is down to the captain’s descresion. I am now 1 week post operation and I am happy with the results from what I can see atm, surgeon - Dr Selami was lovely and I would recommend him, I’m quite good at reading people and I could tell he wanted the best for me and knew what I wanted. Im just happy to be home and healing now.

I came with my daughter for a breast reduction I would say the service she received was amazing. With me only just being her companion I wasn’t expecting to receive the service I got. They didn’t just care for my daughter as a patient they cared for me too. Even when my daughter was asleep and wasn’t able to eat the nurses checked up on me to make sure I was ok and provided food for me. The overall service I couldn’t fault anything at all from the transfers, hospital, hotel, nurses and surgeons. They wasn’t just available for my daughter they was also available to help me 24 hours a day.

My husband came to clinic prime for rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty, from start to finish this has been a great journey. On arrival to saw airport our transfer was waiting and ready, on arrival to the hospital I realised I’d left my suitcase on the street at the airport, couldn’t believe it when the lovely kadri from clinic prime found it for me! In Manchester this wouldn’t have happened it would have been gone! Dr akin did my husband’s surgery and he was very happy with it, he came before the surgery asked him what he wanted, took him down came afterward to check! My husband is over the moon with his results 1 week later, we loved the hospital the staff so helpful and the food was ok but I did get McDonald’s and kebabs delivered myself ordered by the helpful staff🥰 then on to hotel,,G hotel was lovely with a spa for me so win win. It also has its own resident nurse to help with any issues. The hotel had Starbucks nearby and plenty of food for me again. Transfers always on time comfortable and great value for money. When I want any surgery doing I won’t hesitate to come here. These surgeons do this day in day out they know their stuff. Probably more than the uk. DR AKIN is the best! Thanks for everything
