The surgery I underwent was a remarkable success Lipo. From pre-op to post-op, the medical team exhibited professionalism and care. The procedure itself was executed with precision, and the recovery process was smoother than expected. Thanks to the skillful hands of the surgeons, other staffs and the nurses. I am immensely grateful for their expertise and dedication.

From my 1St contact with the clinic they have, answered promptly with any questions that I had. Constant communication throughout. At the hospital the nurses staff very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Sefa the supervisor is very knowledgeable & was always at the end of the phone also the coordinators were coming in checking on you regularly & hotel nurses & therapist massage was definitely worth having.

Wow amazing experience. clinic Prime did not disappoint our pick up at the airport to the clinic was very smooth. we were met by Melissa who spoke perfect English helped us settle in to our room explained very well about what was going to happen during our stay regarding the operation telling us key information about the clinic and the people that work here the Nurses and doctors are amazing in there job they looked after my partner very well.. for us the key was Melissa she made sure we could get incontact with her at any time she always checked in on us explaining things to us we needed to know prime clinic are very lucky to have her..all in all I will be recommending prime clinic to people back home.. also the rooms and the clinic are very well cleaned witch was nice to see it made very comfortable to stay here that's why I give a 5 star rating..

Overall fabulous service & care. Make sure you watch the video for taxi pick up on arrival as it’s very busy so it will ensure you go to the right place. Hospital was clean, private room with shower. I was my daughter’s companion and was well looked after. The hospital fed me as well as my daughter and supplied plenty of water and a bed for me. All staff were friendly and caring. All transfers were smoothly arranged and any questions we had were answered quickly by the team via WhatsApp. The hotel was lovely. Good gym and facilities, good room service and nice food. Daily visit from a nurse at the hotel, and everyone spoke good English. All in all, they did everything they could to make the stay as good as possible for both of us. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the hospital food was cold every time. But that is a small thing compared to the quality of care provided. I would recommend to others, and would recommend travelling with a companion so they can fetch & carry for you if you feel ill after your procedure.

Arriving at Istanbul we were met by driver and taken to our car for transfer straight to hospital. This was seamless and easy and made us feel safe in a foreign country. Once at hospital we were met by Furkan ozdemir. He was great speaking English and showed me to my room. We arrived late in the evening and were very hungry so he ordered us food using his app on his phone. This was very much appreciated as we were so hungry! Next day I met my surgeon Dr Zafer for consultation and he drew me up and took before pictures. I was ready for surgery for 1pm. When I came round I was very sick and shakey from anaesthesia but the nursing staff at hospital were great at looking after me and supporting my partner to help me too. The food at hospital is awful but I think this is the same at hospitals even in UK so my partner went to cafe downstairs most of the time for food for us. Once discharged to hotel I felt much more comfortable here. The hotel nurses are just amazing! They are my favourites! Excellent English and bedside manner. They put me at ease and made me feel very calm. They organised my lymphatic massages for me too at hotel and were always readily available via WhatsApp for any help. The hotel is gorgeous with friendly staff and buffet breakfast is included and has lots of amenities outside for food like supermaket, Starbucks, chinese restaurant and pharmacy. My stay at hotel was made very comfortable while I recovered.

I think the service was good , it was arranged well and all went to plan , would refer others to come here . The transport team have been helpful , the hospital also catered for my friend , over all I will be returning home happy with my service

Votre vie en dépend, j’ai été opéré en 2021 aucune humanité, vous adresse à peine la parole, m’on laissé dans ma gaine remplie de sang toute la journée je faisais que sonner depuis ma chambre ils ne me répondaient pas… je suis sortie de ma chambre avec pleins de sang sur tout mon corps en hurlant et que les personnes qu venaient consulter puissent voir le carnage et le désespoir sur moi. En rentrant en France je n’ai eu aucune réponse à mes questions aucun dossier médical. J’ai été rattrapé en Tunisie 1 ans plus tard qui m’a précisé que CLINIC Prime m’a déchiré la fibre autour du muscle fessier en reinjectant la graisse d’où la bosse que j’avais et ce qui veut dire qu ils ont été dans le muscle fessier et que j’ai eu beaucoup de chance d’être en vie. Je suis traumatisé en voyant toute leur pub et photo je n’aurais jamais pensé ça… surtout que au départ au téléphone watsapp sont très impliqués… je n’ai plus le nom du chirurgien mais franchement le paraître ne veut rien dire je suis en Tunisie dans une petite clinique et eux ne m’on pas lâché au petit soins jusqu’au bout avec le résultat voulu.

Recommend Clinic Prime for a gastric sleeve or similar, I just had the gastric sleeve on Saturday and the communication from the minute I reached out has been fantastic. They answered all of my questions on WhatsApp even called when I had questions about the diet. Arriving in Istanbul has been easy as well, they arranged transport from the airport and took me to the hospital. Been with me at every stage and always checking on me. Even with slight issues with language they check with someone or use translation.

Amazing service from start to finish from the whatsapp group to the transfers not sure how they do it but the coordination is second to none. In particular Nergis who looked after me all week and Sefa who is the lovelest man any issues he is there to sort them straight away. I have been with medaway 3 times now and they never disappoint The dentists are so amazing they are so patient and always make sure you are comfortable. They will explain every process as they go along and the end result has not just improved my smile its changed my life. I honestly cannot fault anyone and highly recommend. Bring these guys to the UK and everyone will be able to benefit from there experience and be able to afford treatment.

From start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable, all nurses and staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. My surgeon Dr Feryal is absolutely amazing, speaks very good English and explained the whole procedure, this made me feel even more confident with having my breast uplift and augmentation. I'm planning on coming again for liposuction and tummy tuck

Collection was efficient. Room was very elegant and spacious- a mini-suite actually. The procedure was swift and to the point. Some extra information about the immediate post-procedure symptoms would have been appreciated. My handler, Sefa, was very good and eager to help.

I cannot fault my experience with Medaway. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul I was completely looked after. My surgeon Prof Mustafa spent time with me to run through what would happen on the day of my procedure and he immediately put my mind at ease. He is very attentive and dedicated to his patients, answering any questions as we went along. I would also like to say a huge thank you to my coordinators Kadri, Melisa and Furkan. I travelled here alone but they constantly checked in on me asking how I was / if I needed anything which I greatly appreciated. All of the staff at Medaway are incredibly friendly.
