I had a great experience with this clinic, I recommend them 100%. Everything was taken care of from the moment I walked out the airport. The hotel was great, the transfers were great and the surgeon and his team were ultra professional. 10/10 from me.

From landing in Istanbul everything has been on point! Transport was awaiting which took us to the hotel for pre op testing. Staff are so lovely and cheery! And Dr Zafer was my surgeon! He was very accommodating explained every step of the procedure! After care at G Hotel was lovely place is beautiful and nurses are only a message away. Would highly recommend This company can’t thank them enough for my life changing experience.

The overall process was good. The hotel was clean, modern, great sized room & facilities worked. Room service was excellent. Medical Staff members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, each transfer was quick & I was kept up to date on timings around pick up/drop off. The procedure itself was painless & the doctor advised me the best hairline suitable whilst also taking into consideration my desired outcome, I was given a lunch break half way through, i’m now excited to see if the desired outcome was achieved. The only downside was receiving a blood test result which somehow indicated a blood virus that i’ve never had shown up before, this meant I had to pay 75% of the original price, on top of the full cost of surgery otherwise they’d refuse to do it. Overall happy with this process!

I had a great experience from the minute I sent an enquiry. The group chat they put me in always has people to reply to me when there’s questions. They answer in detail and will also offer calls. I had a breast reduction and the organisation was amazing. They kept me updated and with everything from times to transfers. Dr Freyal did my surgery and she was so lovely. She talked me through it in ways i understood. The nurses and patient coordinators made me feel so comfortable and not once did I go into a panic state. The hotel they put me in is stunning and staff there are also very helpful!! I felt safe and that was my biggest worry. There is always a nurse on site at the hotel.

A lot of information was given before, during, and after the procedure. Helpful answers to various questions I had. They were always active on WhatsApp to explain and answer questions throughout the day. The procedure was explained on what was expected. Designing the hairline took a few tries but we got there! Just make sure you double-triple check it before saying yes. Taking out grafts took 1.5 hours Implanting receding hair line took 4 hours. Regular breaks were taken in between and lunch of course which they provide. Make sure you wear a loose fitted top (button-up shirt?) As it'll make life easier. They suggested vitamins to take but you can get that at different shops too.

From the very beginning the interaction, communications with the team have been excellent. At arrival the pick up is excellent and the hotel is very nice. The apartment I had was self catering and there was also room service available. The operation went smoothly and I spent I night in the hospital the nurses ate all very sweet. My surgeon Dr Feryal is very careful and is looking after your health she gave me good advice and the operation went very well. I am very happy with the surgery and the entire experience. I will most likely come back again for other things in due course. Thank you everyone for taking care of me and being so accommodating! 💕

More women should have this. I thought I had to have my whole head shaved for thinning at the front and top of my head. But with a new technique they were able to take a small section under my hair at the back and insert grafts between my existing hair. I'll easily be able to look 'normal' till it grows. Female transplants are taboo, but I hope this positive review will encourage more ladies suffering in silence to be brave and do it. No pain at all and such sweet staff. Just got to wait for my thick hair now and no horrible toppers anymore!

hello I had a bad experience with the Medaway clinic (clinicprime) I had dental implants the result is horrible the prostheses are not symmetrical to the face infiltration between the prostheses and the gums they are thieves crooks your health is in danger with these people for them you are customers and not patients!! SHAME ON YOU bonjour j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec la clinique Medaway (clinicprime)j'ai fait poser des implants dentaires le résultat est horrible les prothèses ne sont pas symétriques au visage infiltration entre les prothèses et les gencives ce sont des voleurs des escrocs votre santé est en danger avec ces gens pour eux vous êtes des clients et non des patients!! Clinic prime have been amazing from start to finish and well organised throughout. All staff from interpreter's, co-ordinators nurses and medical staff have been polite, helpful and professional throughout. Dr Selami was great and highly recommend. The accomodation was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Clinic Prime for any surgery needs.

I travelled from the UK for surgery in May 2023 with Dr Meriç. My surgeon was very clear about the expectations of the surgery and I am very happy with the outcome. The nurses and coordinators were lovely and helpful. There was full transparency around costs. The hotel we stayed in was lovely with easy luxury transfers. For my first experience I am very pleased and I would recommend coming here for surgery and will return in the future.

I had a hair transplant. All staff were polite and friendly and very experienced. All the travel was organised and structured well and the hotel was excellent. The procedure was very professional and minimal pain once anesthetic kicked it.

My whole experience with Clinic Prime has been seamless and excellent. From initially contacting them, they kept in touch, kept me informed and were a delight. I arrived at the airport and was transferred in a plush minibus which felt like a limousine inside, met at the hospital by a chaperone as soon as I stepped foot out of the car, taken to my room and then for tests. Surgery was undertaken by Dr Mustafa and went perfectly. Up to my room for 3 nights where the nurses were wonderful, sweet and sooo caring. The chaperones were amazing, so helpful and a delight to deal with. The hotel I then went to was stunning. Collected and transfered, again in a plush minibus and taken to the airport. I cannot fault any part of the process and everyone I dealt with was a complete delight. 100% recommend. I had a gastric sleeve.
