I booked surgery for gynaecomastia and high-def liposuction. From the consultation process through to hospital discharge the team have been amazing! I could not recommend them highly enough. Came to Clinic Prime for a DHI Hair Transplant on 28th December 2023, and the full experience was nothing but brilliant! From the staff that were very informative on the Watsapp group, to all the supportive and caring staff that were at the clinic on the day. Any questions we had were always answered and quickly too! The clinic staff knew their stuff too! Very informative and always looking after and out for you as a patient. Not one thing I can fault with the full process. Transfer team were excellent and always on time. The clinic is extremely clean, professional and modern. Very at ease when at the clinic too. Le 2 avril 2023 , Ayant payer un acompte de 100e pour geler une remise de 20% , je me suis rétracté quelques mois plus tard suite à une perte de revenue . Voilà donc 8mois que je suis dans l’attente d’un remboursement . Leurs excuse ils sont dans l’attente de la réponse du département financier pour me rembourser. Vous êtes des personnes très malhonnêtes. Ne leurs faites surtout pas confiance .

The communication between patient and coordinators etc is outstanding! They are highly informative and respond to queries promptly. They are friendly and are always happy to help! I went to get my procedure done alone and the level of reassurance I got from them helped me through my experience 100%. All of the carers, some of the nurses and both of my massage therapists were incredible. With an overwhelming experience like surgery, it’s extremely essential to have empathic and compassionate carers. They make the experience a lot more bearable! One suggestion would be for this clinic to have private nurses/carers available for a little extra payment especially for patients that come alone, just to provide peace of mind and have some emotional support n ofcourse physical.

This is the best place ever ! There were no hidden costs , all the stall and medical team were amazing 🤩! I will definitely be coming back in a year for my breast implants !

I just had rhinoplasty a few days ago. I have my cast off tomorrow and I am so excited! The service has been PHENOMENAL! Much better than I had ever anticipated it to be. Transport was really easy, you get picked up and dropped off to and from the airport and hospital and hotel. The nurses have been so friendly every single day they come to check on me and have been extremely thorough in their communication and how to keep my nose clean. I had Dr Feryal for my surgery and she was extremely thorough in what to expect and what is possible with me nose. So friendly throughout and checked on me so many times. A big thank you to everyone for making this possible and giving me a superb experience! I was extremely nervous after reading a few negative reviews, but my experience itself was AMAZING I’d definitely come back!

Excellent service from start to end. The communication through WhatsApp from the day I booked until the i arrived. The hospital are very welcoming and made me feel at ease. They arranged the hotel and all the transfers so I did not have to worry about that.

I came to Turkey with my husband who was on his second and final trip to get his all on 6 dental implants.We were here a total of 9 days and from the minute we landed,everything was coordinated by Sefa,who made sure all the transfers and hospital appointments went smoothly and he was always available at the end of the phone if we had any questions! When I landed the transfer team were ready to take me to my hotel and the following morning the transfer team picked me up and took me to the clinic.
