Highly recommend the CLINIC Prime. I just had my teeth done there and they are amazing. I'm very pleased with the services and the hospitality. Since I arrived at the airport I've got VIP transfer to the hotel,the journey was lovely. The hotel was also very nice and the staff wereso friendly, I've enjoyed the lovely view from 22nd floor. The CLINIC Prime it's the best from Istanbul, all the staff were so kind and profesional. They take care from the beginning to the end with everything required( transfer, accommodation) . The communication with them was also great. The Dr. Tamer did an excellent job and it was very easy to communicate with him , knowing that the doctor speak English give you a lot of reassurance. All the staff from CLINIC Prime was really helpful and friendly, most of them speaks English. Overall feedback 10 🌟.

La clinique fait peur.Ils vous font payer la consultation alors que c'était gratuit. Faites attention à la personne qui est roux.C'est un voleur ! When I got to the hospital everyone was very friendly, the hospital itself is lovely and the staff were great. The surgeon was also nice and I am happy with the procedure. I did feel that I had to sign all my paperwork without anytime to read it which I didn't like. Food wise, there wasn't anything really apart from a bread roll. The food options are very limited. So I was very hungry. The hotel I am staying in is not very friendly or helpful however the apartment itself is beautiful. You often can't get through to reception you have to go to them.

The communication was great in the beginning but there is no after care. I received an aftercare sheet 2 days after arriving home. The surgery was fine but I was very ill after from the anaesthetic. I was pleased with the advice my surgeon gave me about what procedures to have carried out. It did all feel a bit rushed after the surgery though and if I knew how terrible I would feel after I would have paid more to have the surgery in the UK.

I travelled alone from Sheffield for a nose job. The staff are super friendly and professional, the facilities are better than any NHS hospital, and the general process and organisation was excellent. I would recommend them to friends and will revisit for other procedures in the future (likely teeth and hair).

My journey was great from beginning to end.. i Flew out to Istanbul where i was met by the transfer team, i was sent back to the hotel for check. I was given perfect information woth no language barriers by Gökçe who is the coordinator. Every step of mg joirney with meaway was pleasant and i am incredibly happy. Thanks guysssss x

I was very hesitant at first but honestly , the best decision i have ever made trusting Medaway with my procedure. I am delighted with everything from the staff, the hospital, my room, the surgeon, the operation itself, the aftercare! I feel its a huge deal getting surgery abroad and there is so many options to choose from when searching online but genuinely i felt as if i was in UK with how well staff spoke english and made me feel at ease with each process. Only negative if staff aren’t the most pleasant in hotel but room was lovely and location is good also close to Star City Shopping Mall :) Happy with my results so far and looking forward to healing and enjoying life with my new nose!

From booking right through to aftercare, the attention I received during my rhinoplasty was fantastic. It was so easy to book and there was always someone available to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. On arrival at Istanbul airport, we were greeted by friendly team members and transferred in a private car straight to the hospital for pre-op tests. We stayed overnight in hospital for my op first thing next day. I had my consultation with the surgeon early morning, he was very friendly, and listened to what I wanted, also offering his advice. Surgery was within the hour. Afterwards the aftercare in hospital was fantastic. Nurses checked on me every few hours and medication was clearly communicated throughout. My mum stayed with me and we were both well looked after with food and drinks when we wanted. The day after surgery, we transferred, again by private car, to the hotel. 5 nights spent in this beautiful 5star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, staff also very good. I had an onsite nurse visit the room twice a day, but they were avaliable anytime through the day/night. The team have been excellent throughout the entire process, always available and so friendly. On my last day in Istanbul, i had my check up at the hospital. Again my surgeon was very attentive, making sure i was happy with the end result (although still swollen at this point) he gave good advice on aftercare. Once discharged from hospital, the lovely team took us on a tour of Istanbul, shopping and stopping for the most delicious dessert and coffee. In all honesty, I cannot fault the team AT ALL. Everyone has been super helpful, friendly and their English is superb so you don't feel like there is a barrier. 100% would recommend to anyone considering surgery

Bonjour J’ai fait un BBL grâce à la clinique Prime. Malgré une opération difficile car douloureuse le personnel, les médecins, infirmières et staff ont toujours répondu présent dans la seconde qui suivait. Toujours réactifs, professionnels et dynamiques. Ils sont à l’écoute, puis les médecins très professionnels. On sent pas qu’on est dans une clinique car ils font le séjour beaucoup plus facile avec leur savoir faire et leur gentillesse.
