The selecting and purchase process was great. We were not pressured in any way. The installation of our shades was professional and complete. The operating functions of our shades was explained and understood.

Our designer Melanie was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The drapes even came in earlier than anticipated. John is an expert installer and did the job so efficiently and beautifully. They look great and so does the hardware!

She gave great suggestions on what window treatments would be the best for the home. :) Though, I ended up not going with Stoneside shades, the customer experience I received was nothing short of phenomenal. We needed a small repair on a Roman shade. Stoneside’s response to our request was almost immediate as was scheduling. We purchased bedroom, kitchen, & living room treatments from Stoneside this past year & have been extremely satisfied with both the quality & the service.

From the start to the finish, it was a seamless process. I worked with Amanda, the designer, to pick the proper shades for my dan and I’m so happy with them! John, who installed them was also so helpful. Very respectful, neat and thorough with explaining how the shades work. I spoke with another company first, they came out and measured and gave me an estimate. I went with Stoneside because they make all their own product and take such pride in what they do. The other company didn’t really care which shades I bought, and had no loyalty to any company they represented. They were just looking to get the order. We are at Stoneside wanted to make sure I was very happy, and they believe so much and what they do.

When I had a problem with one of my blinds and called Stoneside, I got a timely appointment. The Stoneside rep Joe did an excellent job of fixing the problem in the one blind then took extra time to adjust other blinds so all was perfect.

The whole experience went well! Dana was a big help picking out the right shades, while Alan and Jerry did a fantastic job on the installation. The hardest part was waiting for the shades to be fabricated after being so excited after picking them out! The final product is sturdy, well installed and the shades work great, both the light filtering and the blackouts.

I had a great experience with Stoneside - specifically the designer Rebecca and the installer Chris. Rebecca spent a lot of time with me coming up with options for our new house, even coming back when I wanted to look at options again. She was good at interpreting our style and narrowing options for me, while also giving me plenty of room to decide. And Chris got the job done with quality and efficiency. We are several months into using the shades and drapery and are happy with the design, product and installation.
