During the consultation visit Anna was great advising us on the possible options to then determine the best one for our use and lifestyle. Later, during installation, Edgardo installed the blinds and guided us on how to use them and take care of them. We totally recommend Stone side blinds.

Melanie was so helpful with the initial visit. She answered my questions and was able to really move the project along. She kept me informed as to the order and its progress. Joe is amazing! He was wonderful and patient, answering my questions and showing how the remote could be programmed and how the shades need to be charged. I even took a video while he gave the instructions. Together, they make a great team. We are very happy with our new shades (and the other ones that we ordered from you in 2020!)!

Easy, transparent, great service. We needed a few blackout blinds replaced at our place. Stoneside was efficient in scheduling appointments, getting the measurements accurately, and installing on time. Special callout to Carlos and Rebecca for helping us --Carlos was always early for appointments (not typical in our general experience) and we were very happy with the final result. Also appreciated additional help like uninstalling and removing the previous blinds.

Everyone with this company, at every level, was so helpful and made it an easy process. Melanie was so supportive and helpful in selecting all the designs. Joe was amazing at his speed and precision with the installation. All the office staff very kind as well as efficient with scheduling, and answering questions. Highly recommend this business! From start to finish a wonderful experience! The shades and valances I chose were expensive, but they were exactly what I wanted, I didn’t have to drive around, I looked through tons of samples, never felt rushed. The installation was challenging and Rusty handled it perfectly. An extremely professional team. so happy with results, worth every penny!

The second installation with Dustin made up for the length of time I had been waiting for completion. He was professional and did a great job installing the rest of my blinds.

Every step of the process was as it should be. Everyone arrived promptly and did their work to the highest level. Dana listened carefully to my window covering needs, analyzed the areas carefully, and worked through my choices with me. When there were problems to solve, she solved them. William came to measure and was just as quick, good natured and expert as he could be. Same for Tommy who installed the blinds. It took me several months before I was ready to focus on window treatments. I had a sense of what I wanted but I also know my ignorance about materials and mechanisms is deep. Dana's eye for color, texture, transparency/opacity and design is superior. The result is that the blinds actually look better than I anticipated. I have more windows to attend to and I will be calling back.

For every appointment, the designer and installer notified me and arrived on time. That might not be a big deal to some people but I really appreciate anyone who values my time. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but somehow, my ideas were put into a definite plan. The work was done very quickly - met Jason, the designer on 9/18, measurement confirmation by Vincent on 9/25 and installation by Vincent on 10/11! They were so efficient that I actually could have had the installation done sooner but I was not available. I’m just sorry that I waited so long to do this project because I am extremely happy with the final product.
