The quality of our new blinds is excellent. Edguardo, who installed them, was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent installation.

Dana and Ryan were great to work with. Dana gave us the perfect design advice and we couldn’t be happier with the choices she helped us make. Ryan took so much care hanging the drapes and fitting the blinds. He even filled the holes from the previous blinds and painted the filler along with steaming any creases out of the curtains. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

I had never worked with a professional designer before but needed new window coverings in our “new to us” historic home. Melanie from Stoneside was so great to work with! She came to the house and gave great ideas and advice. The plan we came up with was in my budget and exactly what I was looking for! Stoneside uses in-house installers which made me feel confident that the installation would be done right. Joe came twice, once to take detailed measurements and then again to install the blinds. Joe educated me on how to use the various blinds and also shared “old house” info as he also owns an old house. Both Melanie and Joe were great to work with and made me feel at ease throughout the process. And we LOVE all our new window coverings (roller shades, Roman blinds and white wood-look blinds).

Very efficient process from the design stage to the measurement stage, and through to the installation of our shades the process was very easy.

From start (Rachael in sales) to finish (Christen the installer) my experience was seamless. Rachael was very helpful in helping me to make a selection, explaining pros and cons. I greatly appreciated her input and knowledge. Christen, my measurer and installer was terrific. He was courteous, efficient, and friendly. My Stoneside experience was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them.

We had some of our windows replaced, so in order to maintain the warranty on our Stoneside shades, it was recommended that we have them uninstall/reinstall them around the job. Justin serviced the shades both times. He was on time, courteous, and paid attention to detail. We love our shades and love how we have been treated by Stoneside!

Experiences with sales all the way thru install were a-one

Joe and Melanie were the team that worked on our house. I have little design skills and Melanie was great to set us all up in multiple rooms with different ideas. Joe was great, put in a complex motorized black out system. Checked in multiple times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

The installer, Jerry was great. He was punctual and courteous. He clearly is a perfectionist who wants the job done correctly.

Allan did a great job. He was on time, polite, neat and diagnosed the problem quickly. Allan took the time to explain why the problem was a little different than what was described in the work order.
