I couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the design consult, product design and quality, prompt delivery, and excellent installation and customer service Ryan delivered to me yesterday on behalf of Stoneshade. The design and versatile color of the shades are perfect for my living room and much more attractive than I expected from the small swatch. In addition, I'm pleasantly surprised by the lovely subdued pattern of the shade fabric itself. A close look at the shades, once installed, and their ease of operation speak to the quality of the product overall. Of course, another main component of my customer satisfaction was Ryan's thoroughly professional installation. His arrival, his knowledge, his appearance and his process were thoroughly professional -- and he couldn't have been more friendly and engaging. He kept testing the shades once they were hung to be sure they'd remain hanging perfectly straight after a lot of operation. Ryan also went to extra lengths to ensure that the shades hang and operate without interference with the delicate curtains I have on the windows or with the sizable window latches for locking the casement windows. Of course, being retired and on a shoestring budget, I would have liked the final cost to be somewhat less. HOWEVER, I am convinced now that Stoneshade's product and service are worth every single penny, and more. Considering the final presentation, I am surprised the finished design and installation hasn't cost more. I can only hope I can find friends who are in the market for window treatments so I can recommend your work. Finally, I have absolutely nothing negative to comment. Quick and efficient and always friendly. This is the second time I've used Stoneside. So long as they have the materials and options that you want, you should not hesitate to use them. They return emails and calls immediately, they make the shades here (in my case anyway) and they deliver faster than other companies. I have used another larger company and they were slow and frustrating to deal with. Can recommend Melanie (consultant) and Jonathon (installer). Maintenance and follow up service also very good.

Joe and Melanie continue to provide outstanding service. Product is high quality, get what you pay for! Only complaint is repeat customers should get a break, or waive, install fee!

We had a great experience getting new blinds with Stoneside. Tamara and Rusty were both professional and responsive with our order and installation. The blinds Tamara helped us pick out look amazing and Rusty's installation was flawless and very quick. We would highly recommend to anyone who needs shades or blinds!

Joe did a great job on the install, he is efficient, clean and knowledgable. I would use him again. I used Zee on two projects she had a good eye for design. I will use them again.

Have used company in past with good results. However about 30 days ago I had a zoom consult for new window treatments. Poor follow up by consultant, no samples arrived , after two weeks I had to call the consultant to get status " delayed" still no samples one week later. Again I called " advised it could take 4 weeks".It is now 6 weeks and no samples arrived so am using a different company who already has the design done, and fabric samples delivered. Lost sale of 3K.

The service was great. Tamara did a nice job working with us on determining what product we needed. Rusty did a good job with the install. I have used Stoneside on 2 previous occasions and I have been very satisfied.

I had a great experience with Stoneside! Jason and Travis were so helpful throughout the process. Given the current situation, I was able to meet with Jason virtually. He spent more than enough time with me to help me decide on the right shades for my new house. Travis was extra cautious when he came to do the measurements and installation wearing a mask and gloves to ensure my safety. I'm so happy with the people, the process, and the final product. These folks know their shades and product. Designer Jason was very friendly and his design knowledge was very helpful and valued. He helped me pick shade materials and patterns that best suited my needs and aesthetic. He had a lot of patience with me and showed me a ton of options and at different price points. I absolutely love my shades. Installer Travis was quick, efficient, and friendly. He’s definitely an expert in hanging shades. He cleaned up as well. I thought installation would take a lot longer and I was pleasantly surprised when he was done in no time. Both Jason and Travis were also concerned about my health and safety and wore masks the entire time and assured me that samples had been cleaned. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. This company also sells and installs shades at a fabulous price point. I’d highly recommend them.

The designer Zee helped us pick the right blinds/shades for our new home and the installer Joe was very knowledgeable in what he does and installed all of them by himself. This was during the middle of the pandemic, but the virtual consultation with Zee was smooth and Joe arrived with masks, gloves, and booties every visit (measurement & install). From our initial conversation to installation, Stoneside exceeded our expectations. We talked to several companies based on Yelp reviews — and Zee, our design consultant for Stoneside, was the most engaging and thoughtful partner. She listened to our needs and wants, asked smart questions, synthesized what she heard from us... and presented us with some really insightful recommendations that fit our design aesthetic, functional needs, and budget. Scheduling follow-up appointments and other administrative questions were easily handled over the phone and on the Stoneside website — no waiting, prompt attention, clear follow-up emails and confirmations. And then John, our installer, was awesome — he's personable, funny, was prompt and expert in knowledge... He has a craftsman approach to his work, paid attention to all kinds of details, and kindly addressed all our questions about maintenance and using the motorized functions etc. If/when we need more blinds, I look forward to continuing our business with Stoneside.

Carrie our sales person, and Tom our installer were fantastic from start to finish. Even when we had a little problem, and I mean a little one, they corrected it immediately. Not only that, due to the size of our order, we spent a lot of time together and they were absolutely lovely. And the blinds are gorgeous. Absolutely the coolest thing in our house next to our Labrador. So if you are thinking about new window coverings for your home, definately look here first, and hopefully it will be the last place you'll have to call. It was for us.

Love my new blinds! Melanie, my design consultant, and Joe, the installer, were great! The colors of the different blinds and shades turned out to be just what I wanted. Melanie was wonderful to work with. I really appreciated her input on the decisions for the colors and types of shades. Not only did Joe do a great job installing the blinds, his run through on the best way to operate the shades and blinds was super helpful. It was a big investment, but it was well worth it!

The local representative was very responsive and very knowledgeable on the wide range of products they offered. Making our room by room selections very easy and custom design oriented. The product quality is absolutely top notch and the installer did our entire 5 bedroom home in one day. They made our home look spectacular! I highly recommend this company from start to finish !
