What a time we are leaving! But that didn’t stop Stoneside to provide a professional service. Melanie, my consultant, came just before the quarantine order started. She was fantastic, giving me all the information that I need. Melanie, knowledgeably advised me, and at the same time, let me make the selection. Joe, the installer was on time, fast, and professional. He did the installation practicing all the COVID-19 safety measures. The communication with the Stoneside office was easy and efficient, even when they need to reschedule my installation due to COVID. Selecting Stoneside was a great decision. The roller shades and cellular shades are of excellent quality!

I needed some window blinds for privacy and their designer Melanie LaFur helped me to choose just the right fabric that fit the look I was after. The installation technician, Joseph Bach was an amazing perfectionist, taking care to get the lines to match up just right. He was very polite, clean and efficient. Joseph Bach performed both the Measurement and Installation, which I appreciated because he remembered our house and brought all of the right Trim pieces and Tools to Install quickly and efficiently. She told me the pros and cons of what I had in mind, and with her expertise we chose wisely. Joseph Bach was very professional and efficient at the measure appointment. I like that Stoneside sent him for the install too. Once again, he was professional, and very helpful in showing me how to use our new motorized blinds! I plan to use them again for another property.

I needed blinds for my office. After 5 years of being in a fishbowl, it was time. I tried to follow proper channels through my employer but, I could tell it was going to fall through the cracks (again). Stumbled upon the Stoneside website based on the great reviews. Melanie arrived with samples and knew exactly what I was looking for. Something to cover at night but, still allow for some daylight and looks good. Joseph Bach arrived to measure and ultimately do the installation. The price was thousands less than we expected. Now when I'm working late I don't have to worry about who is outside looking in! ;-)

When I initially moved here I went through Costco to have the upstairs bedroom window treatments done. That seemed like a really good idea because Costco has a pretty strict vetting system for vendors. Unfortunately, the installer of the window treatments did a poor job cleaning up after himself leaving some sharp slices of metal pieces and markings on my newly installed carpet. Hands-down I had a much better experience with Stoneside’s designer Melanie, and Window treatment installer, Joseph. Melanie has a really good eye for color and style. More important, unlike the designer I worked with when I went through Costco, Melanie clearly listened to what my concerns were and helped me select the right window treatments to address my concerns. Joseph is the guy you can count on to get the job done right. He’s extremely conscientious about the work he does and he offers some great insights and suggestions. The two together are a dynamic team. Having worked with both Costco and Stoneside I have to say quite honestly, I would forgo the 2% Costco rebate and confidently choose to work with Melanie and Joseph with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. I absolutely love the window treatments that Joseph installed this morning. He puts a great deal of care in his work and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate my window treatments. I can’t say enough good things about Melanie and Joseph. It was such a pleasure to work with them. I’m not saying that Costco was a bad choice, only that Stoneside Blinds and Shades proved to be a much better choice.
