Great experience

Great ticket process. Maybe have a better seating chart that shows seat numbers of the section, that way you can understand exactly where you are sitting seat wise.

My purchase was voided "Due to high demand for this event within a live marketplace, the tickets you were interested in are no longer available."

The concert was amazing! And the staff was very helpful with showing me to my seat.

First time to use. Made me a little uneasy when they asked and kind of recommended to purchase insurance to protect your tickets. That was an another cost of $23 plus the other fees.

It was easy and convenient to purchase my tickets online. I would definitely recommend them.

Very simple to get tickets .

The ticket experience was good. However the fees are way too much. We paid 30% of the total ticket price in fees. I also wish there was an app or a way to save the tickets to a phone’s wallet instead of having to go to a browser. If there hadn’t been a good phone signal it would’ve been complicated.
