We bought tickets for Dispatch /OAR. Plans changed several times. Big stub chat lady was a great help in working it all out.

I was notified that I would be receiving my tix at least couple of days before the concert. The day before the concert, I still had not received them. I contacted BigStub thinking it would be a huge ordeal to reach an actual person but to my surprise...I reached an actual person and the issue was taken care of. I received the email pretty much immediately to download my tix to my Apple Wallet. Only 4 stars since I did have to contact them to get the ball rolling but thank you for making it an easy experience.

Update: Bigstub did the right thing and solved this! Thank you! The seller marketed and sold the tickets as "Front Row" and even offered seat numbers. Months later, when the tickets were delivered, they were delivered as "Floor GA". The seller sold the tickets with a premium assuming they were front row reserved seats. Big Stub did not resolve this issue after several months and has not communicated to the seller about their false advertising.

Everything went extremely smooth and we thoroughly enjoyed the play.

Trevor Noah was great and we sat in the pit section so where were very close. Almost touching the stage. OC Fair going in at the same time so it made parking a hassle but you got free access into fair before or after Trevor Noah.
