This is the first time using big ticket and I was skeptical. However, the tickets came early and we attended our event without issue. I would recommend big ticket and would use them again.

WARNING: fees aren't shown until AFTER they take your credit card details! I have never, ever, seen this, with ANY e-commerce site, aside from SeatGeek. What a slimy experience. Show me the final price so I can decide whether I give you my digits or not! RateYourSeats for example, had the same tickets with a higher starting price, but less fees, and overall cheaper than BigStub and SeatGeek. And no hidden fees. Also, ticket prices are all over the place. BigStub lists the very same "Lawn GA3" ticket for Odesza, for example, both at $35, and at $587 (yes, almost TWENTY TIMES the price). This is silly. Their help page claims "The tickets listed on our nationwide exchange are all being listed by different sellers who have different perceptions about seating worth." Those asking almost $600 for a $35 ticket are some deluded sellers, and BigStub could spare us of them by hiding prices greater than, say, a 100% markup.

Amazing prices for the tickets and they came within a day, no problems getting in. Ticket prices beat everything from the other sites by at least $20 even with the fees included!

I purchased tickets from Big Stub pre-Covid. The show has been cancelled for 18 months. BigStub kept me informed on new dates and times. Once we actually got to see the show, there were no issues with our purchase.
