I believe it would be helpful to make sure that printable paper tick are available everyone doesn’t have a computer and even if they do it needs to be promoted better

The seats we bought were great and the entire process was straight forward. We bought the tickets as a gift and we’re able to make this work very smoothly when it was time to pass the tickets onto the person receiving our gift.

Very easy to use and got my tickets in plenty of time to print them.

Cheaper seats than other sites but fees were 50% of the ticket price.

Bigstub customer service was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We purchased our tickets almost a year ago and we’re nervous but Bigstub assured us through out the process things would be great and they were. We will look to use Bigstub in the future for other purchases

It was very easy buying our concert tickets and downloading them on my phone.

AWFUL! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I bought tickets for a concert and never received the tickets! I called 24 hours before the event and was guaranteed I would get my tickets in time, also emailed and talked to someone online and was promised my tickets by 7pm. I waited until 6:50 and NEVER received the tickets, I was then emailed at 6:55 (5 minutes before the event) with a refund confirmation. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELF YHE STRESS!!!
