Very easy and smooth transaction!

Yesterday was phenomenal!!! Big Stub was reliable and they gave us exactly what we wanted and they delivered exactly when they said they would. We had the best seats for Hamilton in the house ( FRONT ROW) and could see every tear and bead of sweat and expression each actor had plus the amazing set, and my daughter is still talking about it today. One check for her bucket list and we are Parents of the Decade!!

The seats I bought at the Giants game last night were amazing! I was in section 128 just north of third base in row 11 with my family. The prices were amazing, minus the large service charge, but all in all, I had four amazing seats under $200. It also helped that the game was a nailbiter and the Giants/Mets teams were on fire! We left just a little bit too soon to see the Giants come back from a tie to win. Thanks for the tickets! I will be back to buy more!

I paid much more than the original ticket cost. Just depends on how much the event is worth to you.

I would order from BigStub again . Prices were cheaper, even though it ultimately came from ticket master. Transferred them to apple wallet and that worked out great.

The show “RIVER-DANCE” was exceptional! Sat in the balcony but had a perfect view of the stage. Wish they provided programs, when I asked the attendant said there were none for that show.

Ordering the tickets was very easy, I immediately received a confirmation email & the tickets/barcode were sent to me just about an hour or so later. Fast and reliable service !

UPDATE - Per the company’s reply I would like to add additional information. Tickets were released by the true agent for this event, Ticketmaster 10 days ago. As of today and my call to customer service I’m still being told my tickets will be “mailed” to me after June 1st and I quote “you may receive them the day of the event”. Well again we have to fly out of state for this event that only has electric tickets. So mailed tickets received the day of the event doesn’t work for us. American Express asked me to give them 2 weeks before I dispute the changes. That will be done tomorrow. Such a scam Scam company, stay away. Purchased very expensive CMA tickets last fall for the 2022 concert venue. Was totally scammed, no tickets and no guarantee. Stay away. Especially in today's day and age, learn from other's mistakes. Venues no longer "mail" tickets. Everything is digital and on your phones. The "Your Tickets will be mailed" should have been my clue that this was a scam. Sadly it was not so now I get to spend my day filling out complaints, online reviews, and filing fraud charges with my credit card company

First time using BS and was slightly confused with the process of getting ticket on the phone with the PIN # etc. but getting to the concert being helped by the Guest Service folks then reviewing the instructions, it all came clear and next time will be better.

Great Time! It was a gift from my auntie Patricia McMahon! Very grateful! Souvenirs were decently priced and venue was amazing!
