Ryan & Sequencing exceeded expectations

I just purchased the kit, and I'm still waiting to receive it, but so far I'm very happy with Logan's customer service helping me to understand how everything works. So for now, I just want to thank the outstanding customer service. I'm looking forward to receiving my kit and eventually checking my results. Let's see how things go. 🍀

They could not process 1 out of 2 samples, okay fine. But is has been since January and there has been no update on one order and delayed still processing on another order. They said up to 12 weeks really its been over 6 months and no results, why bother, waste of 850$, no results, no feedback, no one to actually speak to.

Logan was excellent, quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful. I wish all support staff in all industries were as easy to work with! Bravo!

Customer service has been great. I turned to private genetic testing because of terrible private insurance. Testing 5 people out of pocket was less than my co pay IF insurance approved. Which they did not. It’s a great resource for families with sick children looking for answers who can’t wait years just to be tested.

Wonderful customer service! My sequencing was taking awhile, so I reached out to ask about the turnaround times and current demand. The customer service agent Ryan was super nice and helpful. He answered my questions and did everything in his power to make sure received a timely result. It is nice that this company does not skimp on customer service. I know that if I had any issues in the future, my concerns would be listened to and addressed. I have had a great experience with this company thus far.
