Aangezien wij in Nederland niet de optie krijgen om een gehele sequencing te ondergaan op zoektocht gegaan. Via google mij goed georiënteerd en door de reviews in combinatie met een schappelijke prijs gekozen voor sequencing.com. Tijdens het proces van het bestellen, ontvangen en sequencen geweldig geholpen door het team van sequencing.com met mijn vragen. The staff at Sequencing.com combine professionalism, friendliness, and patience into a super helpful customer service experience. Being a rookie at how genetic services work, the staff answered my questions in a professional and easy to understand manner. If any questions took time to answer, they would also send me emails letting me know my questions were being looked at by their analytics teams which once again highlights their care for customer. Overall a very positive suctioned service experience.

Logan was super helpful with all my questions and requests. There were some errors with my data at first that were caused by a dual file upload I did. It was cleared up and Logan helped me rerun reports and feel confident in the data.

Logan in customer service listened and sought to understand to my issue.He took immediate concrete actions to address it. Identified a problem. Fixed it. Then, when I uncovered another ( unfixable) issue they moved me to new account and credited all my previous reports without prompting. Excellent customer Service !

It really, really did not sit well with me that I was charged on my credit card for a service I did not sign up for. Sequencing automatically enrolled me into a 30 day free trial for their new system. They then charged a credit card that was not on file, but had been used before. Yes, I got a refund the same day I asked for one. First of all, I have multiple screen shots showing them asking for me to put a credit card on file. Why did it do that if they already had my credit card on file? Why do you have my credit card on file when you're telling me it isn't? that's a MAJOR issue. I asked for an explanation to this business practice and it was played off like a glitch. Sorry but it looks from the outside looking in like shady business practice to me.

More than a year after I purchased WGS, I was charged $40 for a premium plan, completely out of nowhere! This is the second time the company have done this! Also, despite my online account showing no card information saved AND the fact that I got a new card recently, they still managed to charge me. That's fishy.

I received an invoice for a plan with Sequencing.com and realized that I wasn't using it enough to justify the cost. I asked that they cancel my plan effective immediately, believing that I would be out the cost of the final invoice. Within a short while, Ryan contacted me, explained that my plan had been converted to the free one and a refund for the latest invoce had been made. Wonderful response!

I recently contacted srquancing asking for an ETA on my kit as i have been offered a specialist appointment with a neurologist much sooner than expected. I have been quite ill, and having these results will be beneficial for this appointment. Ken from sequencing contacted me within hours of me emailing and has been a fantastic help. Whilst my kit has not finished sequencing, I can not fault the service, care, and professionalism from your company and appreciate Ken's help.
