Highly recommend!!! My family and I have had so many health problems over the year's. With Doctors not exactly sure what was wrong. I've had infections for years. Numbness in my head, face, back and lower body. I also have Autoimmune markers and I keep having problems with my bones and veins with no answers. My children are very similar. They have issues and Doctors don't know what is wrong. Big heads, pale skin, missing teeth, bruising easy, weak and sick kids with learning delays. Now with my report I'm able to give them an idea of which way to go. With the right Doctors and genetic testing, my family is on the way to a better life and I couldn't be more happy. It took about three months for my testing to get back. This is a normal time for genetic testing and some places can be longer. Thank you so much for helping us!!

Your company/lab was the first that made me part of the entire process by keeping me in the picture. With constant updates, I could follow alone in the process of sequencing at all times. However, I thought I would receive one report of the results not having to pay extra to see some of the generated results. Just wished I knew that up front.

This service gave me more information than I could’ve ever imagined. The reports were so thorough and helpful to understanding my health on a deeper level. I got some answers that I had been searching for for a long time through the rare disease screening.

Logan did a great job with answering my questions and made me feel heard.

For the price I was pretty unhappy with what I got. Certain tools I thought that were available were not. They make some reports easy to interpret and other reports they make very difficult. I did a DNA health report on My heritage and I got exactly what I expected to get and the data does not line up with the data on my sequencing. I’ve even verified with a doctor that I have a condition that my sequencing said I was unlikely to have and my heritage had clued me into it. I just wasn’t impressed having paid a lot of money for this service. It fell short on my expectations. If I knew it would’ve turned out the way it did I would not have done it. It might be what some people are looking for but personally I was disappointed. Price-wise not worth it to me.

Logan, who helped me, was very prompt and informative. I give him five stars. But because my problem has not yet been solved (his "team" has to fix a problem which could take up to a day), I've knocked off one star. I hope by tomorrow, I'll have a five-star experience.
