By week 9 I had called them twice; both times I was very grateful for and happy with their help in understanding the sequencing process and the available reporting options that will be most helpful for my referring physician to diagnose my complex challenges. Ryan helped me greatly on my 2nd call, unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the Customer Service Agent that was so patient and helpful on my 1st call.
