I bought the pre-Black Friday bundle, but found out the actual Black Friday bundle was the same cost but with 5 additional reports. This made me feel uncomfortable with my purchase, but Ryan provided the 5 additional reports immediately when I raised my concern. He was very kind and respectful.

This company takes forever and the kits are really expensive. They’ve had my test for almost 4 month and it says it may take 5 more weeks…. I’ve never had an experience like this. I would suggest researching competitors.

Update as of 7:40 pm, I received a response from Ken, the director of customer service. They quickly fixed the error and I'm very pleased with the quick response and correction.

As a general comment, every time I have reached out to the Sequencing team, they have responded within 24 hours (normally less if its business hours) and have been kind, helpful, and supportive. I will agree with what I had heard before I opted to go with this company... their customer service is way above the bar. Thanks!

Hungary | 10 November 2023Overall experience is good, as after contacting consumer service, my account cancelled and DNA data and all other data was deleted from the server of the Company. However I am not 100% satisfied. I have a safety protocol to maintain my money in safe and sequencing.com crossed this. My account was a free one in last 1,5 year and after a while, they tried to charge about 40 USD amount more times to my bank account without any ordered service from my side. It was unsuccessful but for me it was decided not safe to give debit card data to sequencing.com and I tried to delete my account. Than realized, I have no opportunity to delete my account just customer service, so asked them and they deleted it. Hopefully sequencing.com will not try to charge my debit card anymore.

The reports and easy to use dashboard aided me in an eventual diagnosis after many years of searching for answers. Wish I had found them sooner.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2023Fascinating. I’m so glad I took the plunge! When you return your kit, depending on their workload, it can take 4 months to receive results. Already diagnosed with a rare disease, it was interesting to find that I had a different subtype under the same ‘umbrella.’ I also found out why I had various other medical issues. It’s great that you can pick and choose what you then do with your results, via the marketplace. Customer service are helpful even when I ask daft questions….
