Spoke to Valerie in customer service and I couldn't fault her help she was very kind and sorted my problem out straight away and managed to get a new item dispatched and came less than 48 hours later very happy indeed Thank you Valerie Xxx

Ordered a personalised bag and jacket. They arrived quickly but bag was not personalised. I emailed them, they wanted to send a replacement but didn't have time. They wanted proof so I sent a picture. Obviously still didn't believe me and requested a video. So much faff when they were in the wrong. Eventually had the fiver back for the non personalisation but it didn't need to be that complicated, and now just have a plain bag.

I had an excellent experience with this company! The customer service provided by Shannon was exceptional. Despite our friends providing the wrong date, Shannon was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by sending us a replacement without hesitation. Had 2 personalised robes that had holes in them within 2 months. Sent in photos and asked for replacements. Lawrence replied almost immediately and my replacement robes arrived within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service!

Could not be any happier with the customer service we have received! My mum had a personalised bluey bag made for Christmas and unfortunately the strapping of the backpack had broke. We emailed them to show them what had happened and they couldn’t have been more helpful! We received a full product price replacement at a choice of our own and they even personalised the item again out of their own good will! Honestly so happy with both products we have received ! Thankyou xox

Lawrence was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service after there had been a mixup that meant my item hadn’t been personalised. The issue was solved quickly and my replacement and return sorted in a few minutes!

Great customer service from Lawrence, thank you. There was an issue with our order, sent as a gift, but Lawrence quickly resolved the issue, arranging for new ones to be sent out.

I had placed my order then realised I’d made a spelling mistake. I emailed immediately and within about 15 mins Lawrence replied explaining that they would correct the error. I have ordered items a few time and am happy with the quality and the prompt delivery. This now takes them to the next level with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them

Great customer service!!!! Was worried when I called because it was my mistake. But Lawrence was so helpful and he went one step and beyond, and sorted my problem out quickly and kept me up to date with my purchase.

Originally sent incorrect order which the company wouldn’t admit to in December 2023. Despite several emails with them, l have today again received the wrong order. Poor and slow customer service. Definitely would not recommend. So much for their promise of ‘no hassle returns’.

I had an issue with the delivery service, something that wasn’t My 1st Year’s fault however they were able to resend my order free of charge, with express delivery meaning I was able to still gift the birthday girl on time! Lawrence in the Customer Service department was great- thank you again!

I had an issue with a bag and emailed to ask what I should do. I got an immediate response from Lawrence with clear guidelines of what he will do to rectify the issue. His email was written clearly and offered a great resolution to the issue I had. Lawrence said they would send a new bag with immediate effect and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. I responded by thanking him and he replied straight away. Excellent customer service provided by Lawrence

Lawrence was an absolute star rectified a slight issue I had in no time at all. The personalised bootees are beautiful, would highly recommend, fast and efficient customer service and delivery!
