This time I had a specific deadline I needed to recieve the parcel by and in the end it didn't look like it would be possible with the delivery so I contacted customer service and Lawrence was super helpful in responding quickly and allowing me to change the delivery address - much appreciated! Defs recommend for beautiful gifts and excellent service.

There were a couple of items missing when it arrived so i contacted My 1st Years and then rectified the issue immediately and the items were posted out on their express delivery service. Over 3 weeks of it being chased with the delivery depot Valerie from my first years confirmed the item was being returned back to them and arranged for the replacement items to be sent out within 24/48 hours. Valerie was a huge help and was so prompt at rectifying this issue.

Sent over an email and within the hour Lawrence had a response back stating that it had been updated needless to say I am very happy and am really exited to receive the item.

I emailed customer support to ask them to change the address for me and Lawrence couldn’t have been more helpful. He amended the address and provided me with detailed information to put my mind at rest during the deliver process. Super helpful, great customer service, thank you!

United Kingdom | 15 January 2024I bought a wooden baby walker with blocks in with personalisation for our first bay granddaughter. It can quickly and packaged beautifully. It was a Christmas gift, it wasn’t long before she started to bash the truck with one of the blocks and a tiny bit of paint chipped off. I emails 1st years asking for a bit of paint to touch it up as I thought we might get more chips in it. They were really quick to reply a very helpful. Basically asked what I’d like then to do, nothing seemed too much trouble and they very quickly replaced the part that was damaged. Which included new personalisation. I have ordered 1st years products before and would not hesitate to buy in the future. Special thanks to Valerie.

We had one small issue which was not any fault of the company, yet they could not do more to help rectify this, all while doing so in a matter of days in what I assume was a very busy period immediately after Christmas. A big thank you to Shannon in the Management team for that. Would thoroughly recommend.
