The last 2 orders I've made in the past month I've had delivery problems with items being late and then missing. Shannon on both occasions was so quick and friendly with her offer to put things right. Both times she gave me two options to choose to from to fix the issue. I informed her just yesterday afternoon that my parcel had gone missing with Evri and less than 24 hours later, she sorted out a replacement and it's with me now. Amazing service, thanks so much!

United Kingdom | 25 January 2024I have been ordering from this company for almost 8/9 years now and have ordered a whole variety of gifts- They started as a small company and were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to make the most wonderful personal gifts. Unfortunately, my last order a few months ago was not as good in regards to quality but nonetheless I persevered and reordered a fairly large order of 150 GBP. However, this time I sent the package to Norway. I contacted customer service immediately as I used the page for - My first years Norway and hence pricing was in NOK where it says in huge letters "our packages are sent without invoices so you can send your gifts directly" to check and they told me that they had to attach an invoice on international deliveries. The gift my friend recieved had a 60GBP tolls charge on it, of course for which I have paid for but this is unacceptable based on the advertising and the fact that when I contacted customer service 3 hours after submitting my order to cancel they lied to me and said the order had already begun to be personalised despite it taking another 12 days to leave the country! I paid a heavy import tax, on top of it taking over 2 weeks to arrive to Norway and there has been no attempt to rectify it. I will not be ordering from this company again, their small business ethos is no longer with them.

I had the pleasure of communicating with Valerie who was very lovely. This is not the first time ordering from 1st years. I have a lot of their products and can not fault the quality at all, always my go to shop for my kids keepsakes. I ordered the little wooden bench which is very easy to assemble and sturdy. The order was a gift for a forthcoming party so I didn't want it to arrive only for me to have to send it back again and wait for a replacement. I contacted My1st Years immediately once I had noticed my mistake a lady from customer services then emailed me to confirm that they had amended my service. I was impressed with the professional, immediate and reliable service. Great work

I tried to complain only to be told I have to take it up as a police matter as they believe it has been delivered? I’ll not order from them again or recommend them. I am still awaiting response of how to make an official complaint and get a refund.

After emailing customer service, Valerie was so helpful and fixed these issues for me right away. United Kingdom | 20 January 2024I’ve been using my first years for gifts for years. So I was really happy when I recently had my own baby and my friend bought me some personalised items! Unfortunately she had spelled my baby’s name wrong! I contacted my first years and asked if they could do anything for me- Lawrence was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to rectify this for me despite it not even being their mistake! Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely continue to use my 1st years for years to come!
