I don't know how to write this review, on one hand, I have been talking with Emily which has been amazing with us and got us sorted within 1 day. I am very happy with her amazing job and thanks her very much for getting our issue sorted so quickly after I got in touch with her. However, on the other hand, this issue has been raised more than 2 month ago... and we have been struggling with the other members of the staff we have been dealing with to get it sorted, It was very hard to get answers, to chase them every week to get an update. They even told us it was fixed a week ago and some contractor had visited the house when we can obviously see that nothing happened and nothing was fixed. Our landlord contacted them several time as well to get things sorted without anything being done at the end.... Anyway, thanks a lot Emily to get things sorted, and sorry you don't get the 5 stars on that ...
