United Kingdom | 24 May 2017We moved into our flat in November 2016, besides having numerous issues (no bed, dirt, no hot water & leaking boiler, broken sofas) and worst of all broken blinds in our bedrooms that mean 24hour lights from the main road and neighbouring buildings shine in our eyes at night (while in bed). Our property manager promised to get this sorted asap. After much chasing her, messed up orders, letters to landlord, contractors not pitching etc we finally recieved the blinds and contractor arrived to fit them. Turns out THEY MEASURED THE WRONG SIZE! After all this time, I don't have the energy to chase her anymore as I know that by the time they are organised again we will be ready to move out. Goodluck to the next tennant dealing with the stress and terrible customer service from MLH. Super dissapointed that I have another 5 months of bad sleep.
