I loved working with My London Home. They are very professional and have great services. Everything went smoothly despite the distance, time difference and language barrier from the get go. I felt so much appreciated because they actually listened to my wishes and worked hard to meet my needs. They offered competitive agent fees and given me the highest rent fee among the other agent. I will definitely contact them again when I have another apartment to leased in London.

MLH have always been extremely efficient in managing the property I rent in London. My flat mate and I have only experienced one problem with the company, that was when we were renewing our contract, I believe this was a misunderstanding amongst the agents but it was sorted in the end. I would definitely recommend MLH as estate agents, they have always been quick at answering emails and phone calls and any problems we have had in the flat have always been sorted within 48 hours.

We rate Lauren and the management team highly. The information she sometimes has to work with from other departments is less impressive and we feel that we have to provide a lot of background information and appear difficult.

Lauren is very helpful. Lauren is always responsive and play active role to liaise with contractors.

Very responsive. Reply immediately you have a problem. I also like the way they seem to treat both landlord and tenant with equal respect. I am a landlord now but have been a tenant in my life and remember being treated as a second-class citizen. I also like the personal service the company offers.

Despite a few times mishaps handled by the former property manager ---Troy, everything comes to normal after the change of another one. Hope this service will be maintained in the period of the new contract .
