I was worried that once I went back to the UAE I would have trouble ordering online - I was completely wrong. Not only was ordering super easy, the delivery was faster than most international shipment; I received the order within 3 working days! No issues with this company whatsoever - and their customer service is brilliant.

Searching her site and discovering more information was easy to do and the book, along with another one, arrived safely with me last week. Whilst I've not tried any of the supplements they seem to cover many womens' problems and they're no doubt of a high quality.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2016I am in process of trying the pills I bought and so cannot comment except that the price was expensive. The handcream I chose 'Beyond'. Is very runny and difficult to keep on the hands before rubbing in. But the main complaint is that the item was illustrated with a different sized and shaped product and I received a smaller quantity tube for the same price as the larger amount displayed in a tub, when I purchased. I complained and I appreciated being sent an additional tube, (also wrongly labelled unfortunately). However, the responder (customer care), seemed surprised that advertising a product in a different container for a different size and price was really a problem. I need clarity.

Good product but arrived much slower than I would have liked. I would have also liked to have an amended receipt emailed to me after I had to pay again over the phone.

United Kingdom | 22 June 20161 star for poor customer service though products are good (if they arrive). 2 out of 3 of my deliveries have gone to my billing address, although separate delivery address was specified at the time of placing my orders. I took this up with customer services both times and on neither occasion have they attempted to redress this problem or correct it in their order system. On the first occasion parcel ended up at sorting office which is very difficult for me to get to. I was told I would need to phone them with my orders from now on but this is a problem with their computer systems which needs correcting. Very disappointed at curt email responses as well. I order a lot online and never specify billing address delivery. For it to happen twice means there is a software problem that needs fixing. If you have deliveries to your billing address then go ahead - the products that I have tried have been good.
