The only natural health products worth spending your money on. I use the Meno Multi Sopport - expensive but definitively effective in alleviating the symptoms on Menopause. My order was sent promptly and in good protective packaging.

I'm not happy, because I purchased ebook: understanding painful period and after one sentence autor explain two different pain and for second one is different ebook: understanding endometriosis. :(

I have bought supplements from The Natursl Heslth Practice for three years. Following a hip fracture and subsequently being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I bought Marilyn Glenville's book which was extremely helpful and positive. I followed her advice about nutrition and lifestyle, and began taking the products. Now, I feel fitter and stronger than I have in years! Also, in a recent order for probiotics, I was telephoned by a member of staff to say that there would be a delay in receiving them, but when I explained I was going on holiday, they obtained some jars especially and forwarded them within a day. I recently used the NHP to have some health test carried out. The NHP were very helpful in helping me to complete them correctly and the staff were always really lovely and really made me feel at ease. I really appreciated this. I messed up one of the tests I was carrying out and they offered to send me a new test kit for free. When all the tests were complete, the information I gained form the them and the attached reports and nutritional and supplement guidelines have been invaluable to me. They have allowed me to work out what has been making me sick and to make the changes I needed to make to move towards health. Without these tests and the NHP I was in a sea of confusion trying to work out what was wrong with me and clutching at straws. Thank you so much to all the staff at NHP. Packaging great , very speedy delivery. Only just started these vitimins so I don't know yet if they work for me, but all ingredients are natural which I love . I will post another review when I have been taking them for a month or so.

I managed to mess up my first order but all it took was 1 email and everything was sorted without any fuss. I'm still in week 1 of taking my supplements, the directions on the packaging are clear and precise. The online process to get an idea of what supplements you need was easy and painless. I wish I had known about NHP before, it would have saved me a fortune buying supplements that I didn't actually need from the high street.
