Efficient and helpful friendly operatives

It was a bit fiddly finding the appropriate "Fat Around the Middle" section as there are several choices, but once I did, all became clear. I placed my order which arrived the following day. I was thrilled to get an email a few days later offering a reduced price, so have stocked up on the other 2 months' supplements. They seem to be working, which is even better news. The emails are generally interesting and informative. I am unlikely to every get to Champneys for a "workshop" (financial and distance problems) but it's nice to dream!

I have ordered vitamins from this website and have been impressed with the quliaty of the ingredients such as using natural vitamin E instead of synthetic, the use of non farmed fish to make the fish oil capsules why do I rate this because farmed fish are pumped full of anitbiotics and other man made chemicals into the water in which they live. I have also ordered natural beauty products though the range is limited and could be expanded upon if time was taken. Prompt delivery service.

Have ordered the omega3 capsules and the menopause supplements. Incredibly fast delivery. The fish oil capsules are great as they have peppermint oil included so no nasty after affects. They are expensive ( hence four stars) but looking at the content compared to high street brands they are super concentrated so you do get what you pay for.

The service is very good and staff are attentive and efficient, but it is frustrating that as soon as you buy products you get emailed with a significantly bigger discount off the same products. This will only make you hang on to obtain the best discounts, rather than buying when you need to. It goes to show how much room for manoeuvre there is in the mark up of the products.
