I found that the review was not particularly personalised, it picked up on all the wrong things. For example it asked if I had miscarriages & because I said yes it gave me advice on pregnancy. I am nearly 50 & have no intention of getting pregnant. I also have a B12 deficiency which it did not take into consideration as I had no opportunity to put it in. The experience was disappointing but there was no friction.

Product came quickly and was as ordered. Products appear to be good quality. I would order from NHP again. Only issue is that international delivery charge was expensive. However, this was because product came by UPS and arrived in 2 days. I would prefer a cheaper delivery option even if it took longer to arrive.

On the Lose Belly Fat regime I have lost weight around my middle after one month. I find it difficult to be completely strict as I do like my cup of tea with milk and sometimes find myself in difficult social situations. But I shall continue with the whole three month plan and try to be stricter. I am pleased with the loss of some spare tyre and back fat and hope to lose more.

Although I initially thought the products were expensive, I worked out that they really only cost about a penny a day for each supplement. This is not much to pay for very high quality ingredients. I have only been taking the supplements for a week but have not had any negative side effects and hope they are improving my overall health.

I think the vitamins are good quality but postage is far too high especially when ordering only one small item and I do not agree with VAT being placed on the postage too!!

I have ordered natural complements twice on their site. Shipment is very quick ( one week maximum between ordrer and actual delivery). Custom service communication through emai is very easy. Higly recommended

Very positive experience. When I placed my order, I was immediately informed that one of the items was out of stock. However, the NHP made the effort to obtain it quickly and then I received my delivery a couple of days later. Product quality is high and I received two lovely free gifts together with my purchases. Will not hesitate to buy there again in future.

In general everything is fine except that there was some problem with the delivery address. When I ordered the book, I filled in all the details, the billing address was for Ireland and the delivery address for Poland. Then i got a voicemail that there are some issues with the delivery address. So I sent an email again with the address in Poland. After all I got the book to the Irish address, which was the wrong one, as the book was a gift for a friend who has difficulties with getting pregnant for a while now and I really wanted her to get this book ASAP. Now I have it with me, so I have to send it to her myself. Apart from that I really recommend your company and the book itself.

I like the concept of Natural Health products and the offer is a good one, but (admittedly I am not completely computer literate, but I get along) I could not find the prices of the products mentioned or easily go to what I was looking for. Also, I have some existing health problems and found the initial questionnaire a bit too generalised and therefore some of the recommendations not quite applicable to me.

I'm pleased to find this product online and it was delivered quickly - thank you!

I've been using the natural health practice for vitamin supplements for 5 years now. The service is friendly, personable & super efficient- I've always received my order within 2 days of ordering. My only suggestion is that it would be good to attain some sort of loyalty discount over so many orders / time. But I'd highly recommend NHP. The fat around the middle plan has really worked for me & without great effort. I've also found the free health tips emailed out, interesting & informative.
