Also, I had to telephone the helpline because my discount code wasn't reducing the sales total. I was told a separate refund would be made. It would have been more useful to have this information in the email giving me the discount code. The actual wording is that I would receive a credit, leading me to believe the price would be reduced. Otherwise the website was very informative

United Kingdom | 19 March 2015With my recent last order there was a bit of a mix up with one product being unavailable unknown to myself as nothing on website to say certain item not in stock and when i phoned up i was told the rest of my order could be dispatched that day Thursday to which i agreed and when the one unavailable item came in it could be sent seperately yet come Monday still no order was sent out so i sent an email and this time Manager answered but not what i was advised on the phone the week before about most of order would be sent out minus one item. Then my order was sent minus free gift so that ended up being sent seperately when i emailed yet again. No communication is not good and not putting out of stock on website inconvenient when i could have gone direct to Biocare myself for the missing item.
