I think the delivery costs a little steep but then you can see why with the quality of packaging etc. i was a little disappointed when contacting customer services to check on a mistake/ contradiction in the discount catalog. I received a very standard reply that didn't address the issue i inquired about. Also frustrated when trying to use the November catalog on 30th November and was automatically switched to the December catalog, which didn't feature discounts on the same products.

The Black Cohosh seems to be effective - after two months of taking it, most of my menopausal symptoms have gone. Thankfully the product seems to be better than the packaging - it's impossible to remove the seal around the cap without ripping the label/instructions which is rather irritating.

I am happy with my order, it arrived very quickly and was packaged very carefully (as the vitamins are sold in the glass bottles which is a nice surprise). The only thing is the cost of delivery. For the UK there is a free delivery service if you buy for a certain amount of money, but for the rest of Europe the charge is calculated per bottle of vitamins. I bought two and the delivery cost was doubled. I thought that maybe they will be sent separately but they arrived in the same package. For me it is a bit expensive, as I wanted to buy more products, but the doubling delivery cost stopped me. I buy many things from the UK online shops and usually the delivery is free if I buy for a certain amount of money or at least the price of delivery is fixed. Still I am happy with the product and the service itself.
