I am very disappointed because the amount of the bill is not the same amount that i have pay on my bank account. There is a discrepancy of 40 euros.

I have ordered from the Natural Health Practice for several years and have always received my products quickly. The most frustrating part is that they never mark the package with the delivery instructions despite many requests. As a result the package is sometimes left on the door step rather than in the safe place that I specify. This does put me off ordering because they have also stated that they are not responsible for it being left unsafe. Other mail order companies are able to comply so not sure why it is such a problem to mark the package.

EDIT (Oct 2014): Lauren contacted me after I posted my review and thankfully moved quickly to immediately refund my credit card at the end of August. She also offered me a replacement package to the correct name & address, and while I very much appreciated the gesture and intent (in addition to the refund), unfortunately that package has never arrived either. This may be due to factors outside of their control (such as Customs) but there's no way to know as the delivery is through regular post and not tracked. I regularly get packages delivered to this address from the UK (both post & courier) with no issues, so I know it's not a problem on my end. So I'm happy that my issue was resolved with the refund, but unfortunately I still can't recommend this company for online deliveries going to Ireland. _____________________________________________________ ORIGINAL: Ordered antenatal supplements on 13th July as I'd found out I was 6 weeks pregnant, expecting to have them within a week at most. They cost well over 100 pounds. When they didn't arrive I contacted the company. First they tried to tell me it was stuck in customs (I live in ROI), then they said it must have gotten lost in the post, and sent a replacement on 25th July. Then when that didn't arrive (14th August at this point) they tried to tell me that BOTH parcels had been delivered to my work address, as I had specified on my order. However no sign of either of them on my end and the mailroom here in work knows nothing about it. NHP say they can't provide proof of delivery, they're just assuming that as the packages haven't been returned to them, that they've been delivered. So I have no idea if they're lost in the post, or if they're lost in the mailroom. Then I had an awful thought, maybe they'd addressed the package with the wrong name. My married name is on my credit card, hence my billing name and address was my married name and home address, but I had specified my delivery address to be my maiden name (as I'm known in work) and my work address. I've been doing this on dozens of online orders for 3 years. Never a problem. When I checked, they addressed my pacakges using my married name to my work address. My work has no idea who my married name is referring to, that name does not exist in their systems (over 2000 people work in my building). So now NHP can't provide me with proof of delivery, date of delivery or tell me who signed for the package. And work have no record of any delivery as it was addressed to a person who as far as they're concerned doesn't exist. Meanwhile I'm out 133 pounds sterling, with no supplements and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant. In the meantime to ensure my baby grows healthily I've had to shell out more money to another Irish online vendor to get the same tablets - they arrived to my work address within 2 days of ordering. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ONLINE ORDERS TO IRELAND.

The orders came very quickly, well packaged but not excessively packaged. Payment was simple too. The search on the website is not the best, and more info on the products - what they are useful for etc might be helpful. I have only just started taken the supplements so not sure if I will see any differences but the ingredients look good. And they leave no after taste, I do feel a little healthier but this may well be a placebo affect!. The products are not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I'd like to use this company again.

I was very disappointed after just "3 days" to experience such an awful reaction to these detox supplements. I was not aware of how quickly they can effect you. I was ill for 5 days in bed even trip tan drugs did not help my migraine. And there was nothing to say otherwise on the label. I eat cleanly anyway, mostly raw foods and i don't drink coffee so cannot blame the caffeine withdrawal. I don't consider myself highly toxic at all i am very healthy and have eat balanced diet. I bought mostly to boost my fibre intake, and boost the bacteria in my gut. I called up Dr Marilyn office to ask advise and was abruptly told that "everyone knows that you will experience this type of symptoms with this detox" which was not very helpful and very patronizing! I asked if i could have a refund and was told no they don't give out refunds. I thought this was disgusting as most health products are sold with some money back gurantee these days which does instill confidence in the products you are buying. All in all i was disappointed in the service, the products and lack of information regarding them. I know Dr Marylin is an amazing Doctor im sure mostly her products are good but i don't have confidence in the expensive products they sell without warnings to the consumer.

I swear by the vitamins - I take the multivitamin, vit c and omega 3. I only take them once a day because they're too expensive and I feel the benefit with that reduced dosage. I wouldn't say this to a friend because overall they improve my life and I want my friends to benefit, but to the business: I do feel slightly like I'm being ripped off every time I place an order. Why would you not INCLUDE vat? So the cost plus shipping goes up by over a tenner?! That doesn't feel like value. And if you're going to promote packages - like I take - why wouldn't you make the customer feel better about that with a small concession off all 3? It is irritating, and I end up specifically thinking dr merilun Glenville for all she evidently knows what she's talking about in nutrition knows jack about marketing or is greedy or both. Evidently I'm still here, but only for the product - which means if I come across another one of comparable quality I will not hesitate in jumping ship - I have no loyalty to you, because you show none to me. That said, your phone sales people are charming and are probably the other reason I've not gone elsewhere. I'm not saying you should undervalue your product - it's quality and it's worth what I pay for it - just. But consider your language - make me feel like I'm getting a deal or I'm special and I'll start to LIKE you, and that adds up to gold weight customer loyalty that lasts. If you want to grow your business, I'd really consider evaluating your brand id and going easier on the hardcore sales. It's really unattractive.

I was able to locate what I was looking for on the website and appreciated the host of information available and options to progress to more indepth personal advice and review. This is an option that is most valuable as we often can take supplements without knowing that they are the right ones for us. I also am most reassurred that the ingredients are organic rather than synthetic.

I recently bought 2 products online. They arrived quickly and were well packed/protected for the post. You have to wait a while for the product to make a change . It is gradual but the positive side is that it is restoring/ realigning and so you will eventually no longer need to take the tablets.

I order regularly from the Natural Health Practice. Service is prompt if stock is availsble, the only reason they don't rate a 5 is they don't always contact you to let you know if they are awaiting stock, and that there will be a delay in dispatch.
