I was a little sceptical about these products. In fact I'm sceptical in general about 'herbal alternatives', especially 'via the internet'! I have been using NHP supplements for 2 years but I am currently searching for alternatives as they are too expensive... and I am not majorly impressed by the nutritionist I went to see in Dublin.
