I had broken a plate that had a particular glaze and had to email a few stockists in the UK. Sunday afternoon, whilst sending the emails out, Cotswoldgrey came back within 10 minutes. Had looked at my pictures and found the correct glaze on the plate. A fine example of good customer service. I will shop there again.

Dissapointed with the colour. It's much darker then the pic and i bought because it lool light in the image, lools odd im my bedroom, as rest of the furniture is light.
