A true reflection of any company is not when things go right but how they deal with matters when it goes wrong. I telephoned this company with a view to purchasing a throw to check it was a pure white. The person on the phone told it it was pure white so I ordered it. The throw to most is very white but next to my white room it was just too cream to look right. The throw itself is luxurious and a very high quality and much nicer than the Paoletti throw (double the price) I had to purchase in its place. When telephoning Cotswold Grey they accepted responsibility for misadvising me and agreed to pay the postage cost for delivery and collection to return it: a minor inconvenience to me. The ease and efficiency of the resolution was exceptional. They answer their calls immediately, answer emails and even sent me the postage label for the package to be collected on a day suitable to me. Because of this I recommend this company and would use them again.

Excellent customer service, I bought a large antique bureau. The staff were very helpful, not pushy. The delivery was also very well arranged and delivery guys were exceptional. There was a great range of stock in the shop, but I am very pleased with my bureau, it's unique, it's lovely!

After two weeks of trying to make a simple purchase of a bench, we agreed to the sale, I paid for it, and then the son of the owner sold it to someone else. Simon, the owner, would not honour his sale to me. He wouldn't pick up my calls to sort it out.
