Love my new sofa 😊

We have purchased 4 chairs previously. We decided to order a further 2 chairs for our dining table. The chairs that arrived were different in leg frame colour & fabric colour from those on the website & our chairs. Returns & exchange was dealt with ease. Chairs are fab quality.

I would guess I have spent £15k + with CG over the last 3 and abit years. I had a very good experience with Lucy in 2018, but subsequently a very poor experience. There have been supply problems which i understand. BUT I have no update ever??? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE???!!! I suspect I am not going to have any redsponse?

I really wanted to like this company and looked forward to making many purchases. Sadly my first experience of ordering something was very disappointing. I have been let down from the top down, with unfulfilled promises. I may have been incredibly unlucky, as other people have left very good reviews (although there are a few who obviously have had the same experience as me). However, I would like to add Nick their delivery driver was very helpful.
