Gorgeous sofa and chair, better than pictured. Such friendly staff who helped me out by keeping my furniture until the room was ready! And a lovely shop in Moreton in Marsh if you’re ever in The Cotswolds!

Service was prompt and very courteous. I ordered a cashmere throw as a gift, but didn’t spot a gift order facility on the website. I contacted the help address after payment, and everything was arranged for my order to be received by the recipient as a gift and without the payment receipt. Btw she was thrilled with the blanket.

Pleasant customer service but when I ordered my rug and enquired about delivery to London I was told that they delivered to London weekly. I was a little disappointed it took nearly three weeks to arrive.
