Booking was thru another party..I did not get an confirmation email. Had to ring in the am to check if I had a car booked. The car I booked came with comprehensive insurance but at arrival at Sunshine, I was told I had to accept $3500 excess.. Or pay 15 $ extra a day and reduce it to 750 excess..no excess was mentioned before arrival

It is good experience to rent a car from Sunset, good service and the car is very clean and easy to handle/drive. The price also reasonable. The service time for rent and return the car is limited, it is a bit difficulty created for people sometime, if that can be more flexible then would be more appreciate.
