Would have given 5 stars if there were a convenient physical counter at the airport (Perth) itself. Had to ask for assistance from another car rental company (who claimed not to have heard of Sunset). Apart from that, everything else was great.

This is the 2nd time that I have used this Car Rental & even received a discount as a return customer. Over the phone simplistic information makes for easy booking. The office located 1.5min from terminal makes transition effortless. Rates so very Good as opposed to well known carriers. As a now regular visitor to Sunshine Coast I will definatly continue to use & highly recommend.

We stayed in Mooloolibar for a weeks holiday, rented a car from Vicki at Sunset rent a car. The service was fantastic, Vicki was so lovely and friendly and helpful. We then decided to rent a car on our last day and Andy who was also friendly and helpful sugested to leave our car at the airport depot which worked out perfect for us. Not easy to find the office (its inside next to Coles supermarket) but excellent service. Much cheaper than the the usual suspects and convenient when staying locally to Scarborough. Would use them again definately.

We found Sunset Rent a Car very helpful and an excellent company to deal with. We picked up our car on a public holiday and had no issues. Easy after hour drop off options.

Kylie was extremely helpful, informative and friendly both when collecting the car and delivering it back, minimum paperwork meaning a quick procedure.
