The prices were a little above what I’d wanted to pay, but the customer service was friendly and attentive. Returned the car last week and have been told to wait up to 2-4 weeks for the security deposit to be returned, which to me seems an excessive amount of time, but overall it was a good experience. Great car.

Having been put in situation where car was needed at last minute over Christmas break, Sunset went out of their way to assist and even though premium rates charged, service and assistance was fantastic, as usual.

Booked and confirmed online. Pre keyed all info online and when collecting car, it was fast and easy. Response to WhatsApp query was fast. No hidden extras. Price is very competitive. Return on boxing day at airport not a problem too.

The staff were so helpful and I would highly recommend using sunset rent a car The car was immaculate and very new and drove amazingly . We decided we wouldn’t use our regular hire company and we were glad we did ! I will definitely book with them again.

Friendly staff did what they could. Unfortunately there was a problem with the vehicle subsequently resulting in a stranded scenario for several hours, otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
